  Hotel and staff is nice. The rooms are small but with aircon and a small fridge. For a night or 2, it is very good. Also located at 5mn walking distance from the main street with restaurants.   I liked most the very helpful manager of the hotel. Not only that he was nice, friendly and helpful in the hotel but also used some of his time to take us to town to help us arrange for a fishing trip, all that without asking for any money. I also liked the breakfast being served at any time in the suite without extra charges. The food quality was very good. - It is not that difficult to come around a good hotel but a great one is always difficult to be found. Full time service, real manners, and basically working solely for you comfort. Gladly would recommend anyone to stay here, in this great comfort hotel.

  Instantly became our favourite hotel from our two month trip - we decided to stay a second night within an hour of arriving. The team who run it are incredible and went way out of their way to make our stay a good one.   Quiet location within few minutes easy walking distance from bus station. A little difficult to find the first time, but locals pointed us in the right direction quite easily. Centrally located within easy walk of marina, castle, restaurants and beaches. Excellent pool, bar in courtyard and good rooftop for viewing and all day sunbaking. Super clean, quiet, nicely furnished, great breakfast and super value. We tend to stay in hotels in great locations, which fit the criteria outlined above, and this hotel surpassed our expectations. What really made the stay was the staff, particularly Nils who was a fountain of local information, and was simply a joy to get to know. Thanks Nils!

  The really great thing about a stay at Karaca Apart Hotel has to be the wonderful owners - Enver and Adile! We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Enver organised various boat trips, took us to a turkish bath and served ice-cold beers whilst Adile made some great food for us. The Apart Hotel place itself is very nice, pool is great and apart - The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly. They cooked us a meal at around midnight and they came to look for us once we got lost in Dalyan. Anything we asked for was no problem, and they organized a nice tour for us on the first day. They were always available and made us feel welcome and like at home. The room was relatively small (attic) but cosy and nicely decorated, with well working air conditioning. If we come back to Dalyan, this is the place we want to be.

Arranged our airport transfer and even had sandwiches prepared for us in the morning since we were leaving before the breakfast.
