Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!).

From the moment me and my three other friends arrived we felt
comfortable in the hands of the great staff at Chef Apartments. We had
booked a penthouse and we had plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen

The rooms at Tophane Aparts, are excellent and definitely above other hotels in the same price range. The staff were very accomodating, allowing us to check in early after a long flight from SA. Don't be put off by the buildings in the area, the hotel was the best we stayed in, throughout our trip to Turkey. -
