The staff were courteous and very welcoming. This was like a breath of fresh air as I had experienced difficulty with another hotel called best Nobel And Nobel hotel so was beginning to think Istanbul was not good for solo female travellers!!! I have booked again for 6 nights in February so I can fully experience the hotel's fine hospitality

The hotel was in very close proximity to the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, the Topkapi Palace, the Obelisks and the Grand Bazaar. Besides that it was also close to the tram line to Sirkeci and the bus to Taxim. Couldnt have asked for more. I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of
hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check-
out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the
luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel
was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place
next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend
others to stay at this hotel.

Everything! The hotel is great! Due to my business life I am staying in
hotels more than a week per month but never saw soo much friendly staff
and ckean hotel! It is 4 stars only in the papers, because in reality it
is a 5 star hotel!!! Even when we had a problem with a taxi,
resemptionist came and fight with him with a sucessful end! Location is
also great, 10 min by taxi from taksim and 4 tram station from hagia
sofia and blue tzami.
