everything was excellent in this hotel. EVERYTHING! and I can not find any problem to mention. very very clean and comfortable, polite and helping staff and very good location. Lovely spa facilities for relaxing and very lovely view. I'm already planing for my next stay there :) -

This is a new hotel and as such is still in really good condition. I was really impressed with the room and as stated on their own website and by previous reviews it is just like a home from home. This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. Arrived very early and the staff allowed early checkin. The reception staff was very very helpful and attentive. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. Like all hotels the mini bar and room service was alittle expensive but overall it was a great stay. I would be staying

Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

BROWNIE - this is the first thing I remember about KAYA - the best brownie I have had was served in their lavish breakfast spread. I loved it. Staff was friendly - they returned cash back when we cancelled the third day due to change of plans and also packed an awesome breakfast due to our early departure. Overall our best stay in Izmir. -

sea view room with some additional privileges. (Executive club) In the
11th floor there is a very nice restaurant with magneficient view, plus
some free snacks+drinks for customers who stays in executive room.
Location was perfect, also personnel was quite kind and helpful.

We were immediately charmed by the kind welcome of the host and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean, the shower excellent and plentiful. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous. We will definitely stay at the Konak Saray when we come back to Izmir. -

A very nice place for a short stay in Izmir, located in the perfect central location, just few steps from ancient Agora. Very easy to get to other places from there. Personnel is friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely spacious. However, the interior is a bit oldish, but you will get anything you need, even sleepers.

Localisation was perfect - so close to the waterfront, close to shopping area and not too far from the Agora. Very nice an clean rooms. Absolutely perfect, couldn't think of anythin gbad.
