As advised it is a new apartment and the facilities are good.The room is large and comfortable too.On arrival we were greeted by Mr Idris who assisted us throughout our stay.A very helpful person and we converse in English without much difficulties.We had an unintrerrupted free wifi.Overall we are happy with the Apartment and Mr Idris assistance.

Was a Decent place to stay with large bedroom . Location is excellent and 10 min walking distance from blue mosque grand bazaar Hague Sophia . Breakfast was same all 5 days but then basics were provided . Don't expect much . . However the owner have us a warm welcome . And the reception staff was courteous. The wonderful hotel in the heart of ancient town. We lived in apartments - it was great. Good heated room, super friendly staff (more friendly than in 5 stars hotels!!!!. 3-4 min to shopping area and 4-5 min to good small buffets and stores. Excellent !!!

Omer the owner was a excellent host. We had the apartment at 4 th floor and were carrying a big luggage. There is no elevetor but this is not a problem he carried our luggage to our apartment and looked like this was very easy for him. He also arranged the transportation to airport at the end of our trip for reasonable price. The location is really good. The only thing is there is a big hill on the eminonu direction. The manager (Yusuf) is a very nice and helpful person. He will help you in just every way. You can ask him whatever you like and he will try to give the best explanation to you. He allowed us to checked in early since we arrived early to the hotel . Before we leave , he gave us a souvenir from him, which is i called as a 'Turkey Biscuits'. If we will come back to Turkey , we would love to stay over there again. Thanks Yusuf :)
