Overall hotel was good, clean and located near Kabatas tram station. Most of staff spoke English. Stayed there for 2 days but I was mostly out for sightseeing. Good value for money for tourists. -
Loved the amazing view of the terrace restaurant. The food was also good. Strongly recommend the fish stew!

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there .

Excellent hotel, comfortable and well equiped roomes (even though a bit small), good pool & spa area. Very service oriented staff. Fantastic view from the bar on 19th floor. We were there at the time of the Taksim square demonstrations so traffic-wise it was a bit complicated to get in and out. When one evening an employee gave us some bad taxi recommendation based on which our trip was way longer than necessary, they did everything the next day to make up for it and even provided us transp

DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.

First, the location. Excellent, almost at the Taksim Square. If you want to see the city I highly recommend it. The hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff. Cosy hotel with super friendly personal. Very helpful and really professional. We had a street view 403. Although the streets were very busy and noisy, you could close the windows and it was very quiet. Cenrally located, walking distance from the port and lots of restaurants. the host was amazingly kind, He was all the time helping us and suggesting us places to go and the best way to go there. Actually when we arrived he even gave us a nice introduction about the city that was very helpful. Its located just next to Taksim Square so you are good located for the tours and for the night life in Istanbul! -
