Excellent hotel, comfortable and well equiped roomes (even though a bit small), good pool & spa area. Very service oriented staff. Fantastic view from the bar on 19th floor. We were there at the time of the Taksim square demonstrations so traffic-wise it was a bit complicated to get in and out. When one evening an employee gave us some bad taxi recommendation based on which our trip was way longer than necessary, they did everything the next day to make up for it and even provided us transp

This is the friendliest hotel I ever stayed and its not surprise that guests return year after year. holidayed here for 5 days 29 April-3 May 2013 with my wife and 7 years son,and I can honestly say it is one best places I have ever stayed. It was a most excellent stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was always someone available that spoke english. The house keeping staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. I would definitely stay here again! -

It is very modern hotel and we had great view of the city and the Bosphurus. Room was big and bed comfortable. Gym was well equipped and breakfast had good variety of options (fruit, cold meats and hot Turkish specialities). Would definitely stay again. -
