Cosy hotel with super friendly personal. Very helpful and really professional. We had a street view 403. Although the streets were very busy and noisy, you could close the windows and it was very quiet. Cenrally located, walking distance from the port and lots of restaurants. I likes the clean bathrooms and toilets, sheets and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. Especially Memet, Nayeeb and all the other reception and even security people who were always smily and friendly.

The People, who works there, are very friendly and the Rooms were clean. We had two bedrooms, Klimaautomatik, Kitchen and more. Taxis were in Front of the Residence. We stayed in a 1bedroom apartment which had separated bedroom, bathroom with waterjet and full kitchen. Overall size was huge by european standards (i suppose over 60 m2) and all went really perfect. Very very nice location really. Safe and quiet but walking distance to anything one may need. Aircon functionning beautifully so is the wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Flats are huge as compared to a hotel room and have dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, micro even a hydro-tub in bathroom! A mercedes van picked us up and delivered to property. From start to finish, all was haned extremely professionally. Do recommend it to all!

Konak is within a short walk of the Istanbul Congress Centre as well as the subway, tram and Taksim Square. The staff were really helpful and there was usually someone around speaking English. Good breakfast and reasonable restaurant. Very nice bathrooms.

shops/restaurants. Not too difficult to get to town centre (bus 25e
to Kabatas or dt2 to Taksim square, then metro to Sultanhamet (or ferry
from Kabatas). 30 minutes top. Avoid commuting between 4-7pm anywhere

Ortakoy Pasha Konagi has a great location, very close to the bridge and sea. We were in building with no reception, which gave me the feeling of living in the flat which I loved so much. Great neighborhood, amazing food, wonderful place for walking, and even shopping but more relaxing and enjoyable than other parts of Istanbul I've been. Good connection of public transportation if you want to see more of the city. Internet connection is great, place is clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The suite is a small apartment with a small kitchen opened on the living room.
Much better than a classic hotel room if you intend to spend time in your room.
Location is right on Taksim place, in front of Gezi park and Divan hotel. The downside is that it is a bit noisy with ongoing roadworks and traffic at this time. -

1) Nice friendly staff, homely atmosphere , Mesut and young lady at reception were quite helpful.

The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

The best hotel/appartement, atrium hotel its one of the main reason we enjoyed our stay in istumbul as family, coming from London it was late checking, we found the general manager and his assistant waiting for us, very warm welcome, top customer service, the suite excellent, with all facilities,very clean,comfort, service top from the manager Mr serhat and his.assistant Mr samit to all staff fantastic, we looking forward to come back to istumbul to the same hotel, atrium suite 10/10 that score
