  Firstly we had a huge 3 bedroom villa with spectacular views over the bay. Secondly the location was perfect being right on the edge of the sea with a short boat or taxi ride into Kalkan town.   I stayed here at Patara Prince for 3 nights in late NOV 2013, well past the end of the tourist season....so had the entire hotel almost all to myself! Wonderful friendly staff helped me at every turn, amazing view from the balcony of my gorgeous room, and with a delicious breakfast included, all for 40 Euros!
