it took us 15 minutes to reach the European side!! ). The owner was so
welcoming and friendly , he did every thing possible to make our stay

View of the Bosphorus from my room and spectacular view of the Blue Mosque from the roof patio. Staff is really friendly. Turkish breakfast was great. Guests were congenial. Room was on the small side, but fine for price. Clean. Free tea and cookies when I arrived tired from long trip. Convenient location near sights and many restaurants.

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

From the moment we arrived the time we spent in this hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely attentive, room was excellent, food was good. We had our trip since 17 till 22 of april. The location is so close to
the tram station, amazing view from the terrace, neither noise nor quite
place - perfect place, stuff is polite and helpful, if you travel on
your own they are glad to show you the way and explain everything you
need, there are also Russian-speaking workers, small price costs small
rooms ;) it wouldn't be a problem if you come back to the hotel late

First of all it's location of the hotel - five minute walk from Istiklal street? Galata Tower and Tunel station, which will take you right to the Karakoy and Galata bridge in 90 seconds! Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!).
Very well for family tourism.

Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again. The atmosphere was super nice, quiet and comfortable and we felt at home from the very 1st second we entered the door where Emir welcomed us. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room.
