The staff were wonderful and so friendly and keen to give information about how to find places in Istanbul, couldn't be better. I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of
hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check-
out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the
luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel
was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place
next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend
others to stay at this hotel.

They gave us very nice and big room with balcon. The staff were very cooperative. Breakfast very nice. I like the hotel too much and would like to stay there again. Also the location is very good. Only the net was slow. -

i loved the omelette show at breakfast.the staff was very nice and friendly. the historical places are so close, it is very convinient:) i love this hotel.they made me feel like home with all the service they provided. the restaurant had good food.the rooms were really modern and clean,comfy.i recommend it to everyone i know.it was a great business

Clean Hotel and the location to visit Istanbul is perfect. Is hard to find a better location than this one. For a stroll, shopping, dinner is just around there. Places of interests are accsessible by public transports or Taxi in 5 to 10 minutes. I would stay anyway in that area since the good restaurants and other evening activities takes place there. Nice view from our room to Raxim square. Good and clean bed. The staff cooperative and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, for that

I was there with my mom, the stay was comfort, staff were friendly and
helpful and speaking english very well (as it's rare in turkey:D)..
The package for the turkish bath and massage was amazing. I loved the
place and I do recommend for anyone.

Very stylish new hotel in a nice district of Istanbul. We stayed for 5
days in the beginning of May, 3 days were hot, and 2 windy and rainy,
and it was equally comfortable in the room. We stayed in a standard
room: it is not big, but enough space for 2 people with a big suitcase.

Very good location: on the tram line that goes to the historical center
and not far from the funicular (the transportation mean) that goes to
Taksim comercial area. Next to the Bosphorus touristic port and
ferryboat that crosses to the Asian side. Friendly and dedicated staff.
Good breakfast. Good restaurant (for having also the other meals of the
day). Clean and properly maintained.
