Staff were helpul in every way. WiFi Internet was very fast. Location was perfect. Intrance was welcoming. Concierge was friendly and knowledgeable. Sea view was great, check-in staff was kind enough to upgrade my standard room to a sea-view with no extra charge... Thank you.

Since the hotel is new, pay tv and ordering of movies was still not working. But I guess this should be operational in no time. Breakfast buffet was a bit expensive. €40 is a bit high and needs reconsidering. Speacially when Starbucks is within a 2 minutes walk.

Amazing solution. Very close position to Taksim square and life city center. Beautiful room with new and modern comfort. Well done wellness center with a large and comfortable swimming pool.

TV didnt work in our entire stay. IT was unable to fix it. Also Room service knocked our door at 8am. As we checked in so late we have waken up so early

It was superb un real Brand new hotel and alot of faciliteis .. Very very wide and designed lobby.. I like it all.. Dont forget to take turky hamam

Key card of room door is not working I must reactive the key every time

-the location of the hotel is perfect just few steps from Taksim - the room is nice and also the bathroom

- the hotel is still new and we can hear construction near our room every morning - the room smell paint which is bother me

Great view over the Bosporus and close proximity to central area while offering a very relaxed quite atmosphere.

As the hotel was extremely new not everything was finished and there was a smell of fresh paint in common areas.

Everything. Hotel is amazing and brand new. Definitely it is firm 5 star hotel. I don't know what to name first design, comfort, location or quality of service everything is excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. It was my first time in Istanbul and they completely helped me to orginize my time there. Highly recommend.

the hotel is brand new, it opened in 1st of october 2013, its very luxury with an excellent design, the staff are outstanding and the facilities are exceptional. The spa, hammam swimming pool and lobby are all state of the art

the internet connection is slow and disconnect frequently, some time you hear the construction noise since the hotel didn't yet open completely.
