  Location is close to kent shooping center. they have some connected rooms for family with kids. breakfast was good. Mr.khalil the hotel manager is helpfull He treated us with fruites when we compliend about the room. - 1.Location nearby Kent Mydani (Mall and shops are nearby). 2.Could be better if more cleaning , and maintainance done good.

  A true five star experience, the location is some how far from Bursa attractions, but it is easy to reach it by taxi or metro, the rooms are great and spacious, the health club facilities are great. the staff are nice and friendly, the upgraded our room to a bigger one, the breakfast is not bad. - Cleanliness, design, services, friendly staff, bu... cosa dice la gente » dget-friendly are the least to describe this new hotel.   I have stayed there for a business trip. Hotel stuff were helpful and friendly. They try to perfect their service. If I visit bursa again I know where I will stay now. The place of hotel is awesome. Just next to the Uludag forest in back of hotel and city panorama in front. - Old hotel and very bad
