1. Very clean with nice facilities (shower, etc. were pretty new and well-appointed).
2. Staff very friendly- able to set us up with drivers and tours as needed. Manager even bought us Thai dessert from a local motorbike salesman when we were at breakfast, wanting to share some local fare!
3. Breakfast was quite good.
4. Pools were very clean.

5. Short walk to Bangtao beach (less than 5 mins) and many restaurants, massage parlors, convenience store. Fish spa also nearby!

We were able to relax amid the tranquil atmosphere of the beautifully landscaped garden and pools. It is only a short walk to the beach and along the way we found the best traditional massage and most delicious Thai menu in all of Bang Tao area. The hospitality of Manee and her friendly staff made our stay most enjoyable. The golden sand beach of Bang Tao offers a nightlife at the many star resorts that are far enough away not to disturb the serenity of Pai Tan Villas.

The staff in this hotel are amazing! Probably one of the friendliest
hotels I have stayed in, extremely helpful with any requests you have
and arranged tours/tickets for the cheapest price around. Good
location, not too far from the nighlife but far enough to get some peace
at night. Stone throw away from main shopping centre. Great hotel.

It is a great pleace to stay for a few days or the complete staying. Confortable, simple and has very good relation between price and service. I totally recomend this hiotel to visit Patong Beach at Phuket.
The room 502 at the 5th floor has a safe box that gives you a sense of security.
Highly, super-recomendable!

Villa and Private pool were perfect for a relaxing break. Location was fairly quiet and relaxing.
Assuming you hire personal transport, I highly recommend staying here. Very affordable villa in Phuket. -

The manager/owner was very patient prior to my stay during the booking process. He was flooded with my emails and yet still replied informatively. In person, he is cheerful and hospitable.

Andrew was helpful right from airport pick-up till he arranged to pick us up from the pier at the end of a Phi Phi Island trip (also arranged through him at huge discount) and reach us to the airport on time to catch our Bangkok flight. He and his team took good care of us and, as and when we visit Phuket again, we may be Andrew's guests again!! -

Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....
