  Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean. Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it. Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic. One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.... cosa dice la gente » However, when I did this I was directed to reception who didn't seem to be aware of such a service. That said they were again very helpful and contac - The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us.   Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can go to the police . Staff are courteous and not intrusive. Room is excellent - makes y - The greatest forte of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in a chic area with numerous fine restaurants and it is just 5-7 min walk from/to Chi Lom BTS as well as the Skywalk (overground passageway) connecting all the major shopping malls in the area. Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.
