the room was wxcwllent very nice and cleane , i stayed in standart garden room that was very good and quiet , the brekfest was very good - they must know that there are people that drink there coffe with sweet and low :) , the location of yhe hotel - 10mnts by foot to the beach , 2mnts by foot to all resturant - good location in patong beach

Great staff, good location, choice of 3 pools and recreatioal areas around the pools. Great choice of breakfast menu which was included in the price. Good entertainment areas including mini pub, games room, gym and Spa. We have stayed there before and would highly recomend this Resort.

Main pool area got a little rowdy around the swim up pool bar during 'Happy Hour, 4pm until 5pm, we used one of the other pools at this time instead.

We stayed at the Deevana last year and were so pleased with the lovely surroundings, charming and attentive staff and quiet but convenient location, we decided we wanted to enjoy the comfort on this visit also.

Our only negative observations were at breakfast the coffee was too strong and bitter and the tea was too weak. One of our group stayed in one of the garden rooms and found the air conditioning a bit noisy.

The stay in Deevana Patong Resort and Spa was awesome. It's a sweet, clean hotel with great food. The staff is very friendly and is doing a great job. Also location is great. Everything (shopping, beach, atm, internet, etc.) is in walkable distance. Highly recommended hotel, would go there again anytime. Enjoyed the stay there very much.

Close to the beach

We were first booked into one of the garden rooms but had to upgrade as the room was dingy and old fashioned. The superior room we upgraded to was perfect. It cost us an extra 800 baht per night. One piece of advice, don't book a standard garden room.

The staff are very friendly, tried to accommodate our needs. Good location.

The guest relations manager was indeed lovely and helpful - only person you can communicate with in English. Foot massage at 400B was lovely. A bit overpriced for oil massage at 800-900B, however. Nice entry. Good, adequate breakfast with Asian "boiling rice" with condiments. Being Asian myself, I did not think the Thai hotel staff were as friendly as to other EU/US/Aust guests??

Upon check-in one has to pay in full. I had not stayed in a hotel where it had us pay in full at check-in, so this was a bit of surprise. Hotel staff at the front desk could not speak or understand English very well. The junior suite we book at a rate of $150 was not worth it. You could do much better for $150/nt in Thailand. The bathtub and shower stall was covered by mold.

I arrived at the hotel and I was to that I should wait until 01.30 PM. I insisted on another room, they provided me one, but this time they asked for the price of the whole stay. The staff was arrogant and rude. If I hadn't had two big luggages, I would have left immediately. The room was what you would get for the price. Do not expect luxury at all. These was a medium size lizard in my room!!

The Staff were very rude, spoke very little english. Room was not clean. Will not recommend to stay here at all.
