The staff was great. Speaks very good English. Not just the fromt desk does, also the waitress and the doorman. Room was great. Food was great. Everything there was awesome. Is one of the best hotel I ever stay in. It's even better than some very famous 5-stars hotel. The location was ok. The distance to the BTS station was ok. But the safty was awesome. It's between the British and the US ambesse. And when ever we leave the room. The maid will come in make up the room. Like 3 times a day. And

The service was top notch- from the check-in/out, fitness center, to the restaurant/bar. While we were at The Speakeasy, it started to drizzle- servers ran to us with umbrellas to shield us from the rain until the awning had fully spread (small detail, but it went a long way for us).

I loved everything there, the location is good very near from the BTS so it's quite convenient to visit Bangkok. Staff pay attention to our comfort and needs. The food was good and not so expensive for a 5 star hotel. The room is quite big which is very good point especially in city hotel. The swimming pool is not big but enough, and not crowed. Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to
the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation
and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can
go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has
stolen my IPad therefor I would never recommend this hotel to any

The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service.
This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor.

We did honeymoon in phuket and returning home we stayed only one night in Aetas. They upgraded our room and send a cake to our room.Next day our flight was late and after a city sighseeing returned to hotel to pick up our luggages they suggested we can have a shower if we want in the Gym facilities. This was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops. Hotel swimming pool is good and plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing. -

the location is perfect, close to almost anywhere you want to go in Bangkok. Near the BTS (Bangkok Transport System).
They also serve free drink at the lobby, so refreshing after a long day in the hot city of Bangkok!

What can I say about Okura Hotel it is perfect in everything.. its comfortable place & high quality in service & luxury living plus the location is amazing. The reception & concierge staff very helpful.

Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.
