staff service great!. - The hotel is just a couple of blocks from Lumphini Park and close to the BTS skytrain. There are a lot of good restaurants very close by. The complimentary continental breakfast was a plus and the hotel staff was very friendly.

The greatest forte of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in a chic area with numerous fine restaurants and it is just 5-7 min walk from/to Chi Lom BTS as well as the Skywalk (overground passageway) connecting all the major shopping malls in the area.
Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.
We enjoyed our stay at Centre Point Chid

The service was top notch- from the check-in/out, fitness center, to the restaurant/bar. While we were at The Speakeasy, it started to drizzle- servers ran to us with umbrellas to shield us from the rain until the awning had fully spread (small detail, but it went a long way for us).

I loved everything there, the location is good very near from the BTS so it's quite convenient to visit Bangkok. Staff pay attention to our comfort and needs. The food was good and not so expensive for a 5 star hotel. The room is quite big which is very good point especially in city hotel. The swimming pool is not big but enough, and not crowed. The view is nice, I really enjoy the top floor bar. The hotel itself is unique, the decoration is amazing in the corridor, the lobby and the room itsel

Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to
the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation
and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can
go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has
stolen my IPad therefor I would never recommend this hotel to any

The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service.
This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor.

We did honeymoon in phuket and returning home we stayed only one night in Aetas. They upgraded our room and send a cake to our room.Next day our flight was late and after a city sighseeing returned to hotel to pick up our luggages they suggested we can have a shower if we want in the Gym facilities. This was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

posizione, qualita' dell'albergo - good location. It is a furnished apprtment more than a hotel, but without losing any of 5 stars facility. Good choice - jacuzzi in the rooms and the staff is really friendly. Perfect for couples.
