Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.   Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service. This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor. They upgraded our room and send a cake to our room.Next day our flight was late and after a city sighseeing returned to hotel to pick up our luggages they suggested we can have a shower if we want in the Gym facilities. This was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

  My and friend and I stayed here on the last night of our travels. The hotel was very clean, staff professional and located well. We booked for an executive apartment, however upon arrival we were advised they were full and was upgraded to a Premium room.
