  Kandaburi is the perfect resort! The staff are lovely and very helpful. The grounds are well maintained, with beautiful Gardens and luxurious clean pools.   I stayed with my 14 year old son at this resort for 4 nights, in the middle of July. And we had an amazing stay! The staff were outstanding, even though the resort was fully booked. Always smiling and serviceminded. Helpful and kind staff, the best beach that we saw in the island (this part of Chaweng is not so noisy and dirty), clean sand, sea. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are nice (we booked the cheapest room and were happy, because nobody was walking along our room, and there were no noise as at the rooms near the swimming pool and beachfront rooms). Location is excellent. When we're leaving it was early check out (5am) and in the evening before we asked a receptionis

It's a ten minute bike ride away from Chaweng's main drag though, which is not ideal if you're in Chaweng to party, but it is if you're there for the beach.   The staff and manager were all very friendly and helpful. The manager always took time to stop and chat to us and all of the staff always had smiles when you were around.   Beautiful rooms with really good standard. Relatively soft beds for Thailand. Nice poolareas and great breakast. Service was great at all times. The beach was quiet and nice but no white sand.
