The service was top notch- from the check-in/out, fitness center, to the restaurant/bar. While we were at The Speakeasy, it started to drizzle- servers ran to us with umbrellas to shield us from the rain until the awning had fully spread (small detail, but it went a long way for us).

I loved everything there, the location is good very near from the BTS so it's quite convenient to visit Bangkok. Staff pay attention to our comfort and needs. The food was good and not so expensive for a 5 star hotel. The room is quite big which is very good point especially in city hotel. The swimming pool is not big but enough, and not crowed. a comprehensive range of cuisines. I was attending a conference in
another hotel but chose to stay at the Intercontinental. Unfortunately I
did not therefore have time to use the pool, spa or other hotel

Everything was of luxury standard from booking in to departure. We chose
the Horizon Club and appreciated the extra benefits it offered. This
includes a top 3 floor position and view of the river, and all day
snacks and non alcoholic and the happy hour each night. It is placed in
the luxury price bracket, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

was greeted by a very friendly male manager, who instantly upgraded us
to a honeymoon suite with the river view. The rooms where very clean and

We were upgraded to a suite on 32nd floor with excellent views, although the open balcony wouldn't be to everyone's taste. We arrived at the Anantara in the evening and were promptly checked in
and shown our room. It took a few minutes for us honeymooners to realise
we had been given twin beds much to our dismay, guest services offered
to move us to another room but we had to wait a couple of hours for it

Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.
