Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to
the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation
and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can
go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has
stolen my IPad therefor I would never recommend this hotel to any

The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

The location is unbeatable. You are within walking distance of Silom and the MRT. You don't have to fight rush hour traffic.
And the staff are extremely courteous and helpful, particularly with answering questions and arranging transportation from the door.

The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The apartments are quiet, very spacious and great value for money. The internet speed was always fast.
I actually stayed there for a week then left for Singapore the following week and then came back to this same Marriott for yet another week. The hotel kept my luggage in their store room for the week that I was away. On my return the service from the staff was excellent as always.

Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities.
Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it.

We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! Make sure you go up to Vertigo for dinner or a drink -

the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent.
the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

We were upgraded to a suite on 32nd floor with excellent views, although the open balcony wouldn't be to everyone's taste. Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. The apartments and the amenities were perfect for my needs. Plenty of space and a great kitchen to cook in if we didn't go out - which we did most of the time. Centrally located and a short walk from most of my meetings. Staff are great and do everything they can to make you welcome and happy throughout your stay. I tried the rooftop infinity pool this time (I stayed a month ago) - views over Bangkok are breathtaking. Can't fault this place.
