The hotel was modern and very clean, the rooms looked exactly as they did in the website pictures -which is not often the case. We felt the hotel rooms and amenties were to the standard of a 5 star hotel and had every thing we required.

I like that the location is on Sukhumvit 55 (main road). It's safer. There's a plaza right infront with a supermarket, 24 hrs Burger King, Starbucks and few restaurants. Room and facilities were modern and great. Excellent quality overall. Great gym, nice big rooms, kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Bathrobes and laundry was over the top nice. Felt very much like home. Great views from balcony and fantastic location on Thong Lo. I look forward to staying here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful clean new facility with a very comfortable bed, beautiful shower and bathroom. All the the main essentials in the kitchen that I use daily like an electric jug to make tea and coffee whenever I want. Massive fridge freezer.
Big tv with many channels in thai and english.
This is where I will stay everytime I stay in Bangkok, even if it is only overnight.

Excellent location near the Chong Nonsi BTS station. Sufficient distance to other buildings from the windows. Quiet - except the A/C which may slightly disturb someone. Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities.
Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it.

P.S. excellent water pressure in douche, which is often an issue in Bangkok hotels. -
We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

its really well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. its pretty good value for money although its not that cheap but relative to other hotels in the area this is really the pick of the bunch. The hotel is obviously trying to be a standout hotel.

ottimo hotel centrale anche se situato in un quartiere un pò squllido come sukumvit.tuttavia la zona è piena di ottimi hotel e quindi non pericolosa ed è facile muoversi con il taxi sempre sotto l'albergo - La posizione dell'hotel.. lo staff e il confort della camera

Hotel is amazing. Room is so comfortable,clean, wifi free and high speed. I love the gym and their swimming pool. Crave restaurant had good selection of wines, staff friendly as well.

Location is just perfect: 10 min walk from the famous Khaosan Road and many other tourist destinations easily accessible from there. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.
