New hotel. Rooms are comparable with a 4 star hotel in Holland! Very spacious, best beds we had in Thailand and also the best shower! It was wonderfull.. French owner is very helpfull. Breakfast was included! We can recommend it strongly!

Everything! The position is the best on Sairee Beach. The water out front is the clearest and cleanest along the whole beach and it sits in a beautiful little bay. I loved this place we stayed at a bungalow it was great not luxury but very unique on the beach.
Location is great 5 min walk to all the shops. Staff are helpfull and the people at the restaurant are very nice too. I think this is the best spot on Sairee Beach.
You can snorkle off the beach of the hotel but be carefull with the rocks on the shallow area...

the perfect place to stay! nice, spacious, bright & modern room with, clean, grat location within sairee village, lots of shops, bars and restaurants around, only 3 minutes to walk on the beach, great italian & western restaurant downstairs, very friendly staff, umbrellas in the room, which was amazing during the wet season & good wifi, I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
