  Very nice rooms. Everything looks new and clean. Good balcony. Probably the best of JP is the location just one step to the beach and very near( 2 minutes) to restaurants and 10 to Sairee beach. Great to relax in a not very crowded beach. Would come back for sure. - Great location.
