It was not too crowded so plenty of space by the pool. Beach was lovely.
On site shop, splash world (children loved it). Landscaping was
relaxing. Safe envirnment, very little traffic. Restaurant choice was
good with local restaurants near by if you wanted a change of scenery.

Perfect location close to airport as overnight stopover after long flight. Very efficient check in and great value for money. Clean, large room. Bathroom could do with update. Would stay again. Pool and dinner were both adequate. -

We stayed here for four nights at the beginning of our honeymoon in Thailand. the location was perfect as a short five minute taxi ride from Phuket airport. We spent 4 days and 3 nights at the Dewa Phuket and enjoyed every minute of it.
The rooms all had a kitchette which was great if your staying with a fammily or prefer to cook yourself.
Everything that you would need was provided and you felt like you were staying at home.
The Gym's were great, the pool was clean, the staff was very friendly and the beach just a couple of minutres walk accross from the hotel.
The small town was about 5 mins walk from the hotel, but was an easy and safe walk.

The two bedroom villa is extra ordinary beautiful specially the size of this villa is very big nd the best part is pool so if u want relax then I must recommend to go nd stay there..staff is very helpful they guide u everything. ..its not far away from the airport but all attractions r away for this hotel...anyways I give 10 out of 10. -

The resort's location is very close to the beach (2 min by walk)
& airport (10 min by taxi, the resort offers 200thb for transfer
servicee). The lobby is big and nice with wood chairs & tables, The
room is clean. Breafast is delicious and more choice. The resort driver
is very nice and waited us in airport for one and half hours since our
flight was posphoned.

Ordered dessert wrongly but staff at Black Ginger instantly changed without issues, and we were not charged for our first round of incorrect orders...way to go to ensure we will be back. The hotel is very quiet if you do like to relax and unwind from busy work life. The food is great, different varieties for different nationalities. The staffs are very accomodating and friendly.

perfection daily by the amazing cleaning staff. The foyer staff were

The polo área is beautiful. It's really close to the airport. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We payed for a room with a view to the pool but when we got there they didn't have our room. There was some kind of problem. So they gave us a room with the private mini pool instead and a free dinner. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

What a beautiful resort! The pool is great, book a pool access room and you will be able to jump in the pool from your room. Everything in this hotel is very pleasant. We lived in the suite which has pool access. We had the best day in the vacation, to take the cooking class in Terrace restaurant. Thai chef Ms. Wenne is very professional at both cooking and teaching, while the main chef is also a nice person. They will be the reason for us to come back again.

Staff were really attentive, friendly & helpful. The hotel is on the side of a mountain which allows for great views but the property is quite steep, you may want to keep this in mind if youre unfit, elderly or have children. They do have little free hotel tuk tuks to get you around the property or drop you down at Nai Thon beach. We stayed

sofa outside the room on the balcony, the restaurants...excellent
service with excelent staff. Congratulations Pullman Arkadia. We stayed
on Phi Phi Islands, Krabi, Bangkok and we definitely vote on Pullman
Arcadia as the best hotel for this travel.
