What a beautiful resort! The pool is great, book a pool access room and you will be able to jump in the pool from your room. Gorgeous grounds and lovely pool, the tide was out at the beach so would have been a far walk to get to the water. Everything in this hotel is very pleasant. We lived in the suite which has pool access. We had the best day in the vacation, to take the cooking class in Terrace restaurant. Thai chef Ms. Wenne is very professional at both cooking and teaching, while the main chef is also a nice person. They will be the reason for us to come back again.

Staff were really attentive, friendly & helpful. The hotel is on the side of a mountain which allows for great views but the property is quite steep, you may want to keep this in mind if youre unfit, elderly or have children. They do have little free hotel tuk tuks to get you around the property or drop you down at Nai Thon beach. We stayed

service with excelent staff. Congratulations Pullman Arkadia. We stayed
on Phi Phi Islands, Krabi, Bangkok and we definitely vote on Pullman
Arcadia as the best hotel for this travel.

The rooms are great, the food thiugh pricy is very tasty. There is free wifi all over the hotel, and the beach is a dream! Also, there is some amazing fruit for free in the afternoon. We love the place. It's very quiet and beautiful! Everything is perfect! They gave me a room with one king size bed and one queen size bed which is wonderful so that my kid can enjoy his own bed. There are quite a lot of options for the food. Not cheap, but reasonable price. My kid love the elephant "Lucky", very impressive. Next time we will definitely pick up this hotel.

We have just returned from a 2 week family holiday at the LHCR. The whole Laguna resort area is great with easy access on the free shuttle buses and ferries. There is plenty to do around the resort and lots of day trips if you're inclined. The hotel itself is good, not quite as plush as the other hotels in the resort but very good value for money.
