  efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.

  Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently excellent. On arrival late at night I asked them for a meeting room for the next morning and it was arranged within ten minutes. Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

  The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food. I have stayed at this hotel periodically during the last 20 years and really like it. - the friendliness of staff, i was provided with everything i asked for

  The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
