The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views.. IT's worth staying there... -

The staff there are friendly and helpful. One of the female staff did help me a lot by providing information on the touring in St. moritz. Greatly appreciated. The breakfast there was tasted good and the facilities were good. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very close to the ski slopes via quick shuttle or 5-10 minute walk, but with a bit of fairly easy off piste skiing you can ski directly down to the hotel. The spa facilities were also very nice after a long day on the slopes. -

Beautifully appointed spacious rooms. Super comfortable beds. Great location near tram so perfect for skiers. (Can ski in from lift). Lovely decorated hotel and exceptional customer service. Fast internet and extensive, delicious free breakfast. Also 4 course groumet dinner offered in dining room for very reasonable price. Very friendly staff.

Friendly and helpful staff, however you need to speak Italien or English. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Very reasonable priced good wines and other beverages.
Rooms are a little outdated but the nice bath room makes up for it. We enjoyed the hallways and lobby, it made us feel like being at Buckingham Palace;-)

The room/apartment was large enough for a family of 5. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was lovely with big windows and a bit of a view. Breakfast spread (which consisted of cold cuts, cheese, bread, cereals, yoghurt, beverages & juice & fruit) was decent. Coop (a supermarket) was a less than 5-minute walk away. We truly enjo

Very nice hotel, a short walk from town at the other end of the lake.
The hotel has a modern feel with a comfortable sitting area near the
reception area. A modern lift transported us to our spacious room. The
bathroom is clean and the shower is very modern. The bed and pillows are
exceptionally comfortable. Wide screen T.v with 3 English channels. The
subdued lighting in the room made reading a challenge.
