  We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town.   The room/apartment was large enough for a family of 5. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was lovely with big windows and a bit of a view. Breakfast spread (which consisted of cold cuts, cheese, bread, cereals, yoghurt, beverages & juice & fruit) was decent. Coop (a supermarket) was a less than 5-minute walk away. The hotel has a modern feel with a comfortable sitting area near the reception area. A modern lift transported us to our spacious room. The bathroom is clean and the shower is very modern. The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. Wide screen T.v with 3 English channels. The subdued lighting in the room made reading a challenge.
