Service from the staff makes you feel comfortable. The room is clean & spacious. The view of St Moritz lake is fantastic. A pleasant surprise is that the items from the minibar is free and will be replenished daily! Most hotels do not provide this at all. -

We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). Friendly and helpful staff, however you need to speak Italien or English. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Very reasonable priced good wines and other beverages.
Rooms are a little outdated but the nice bath room makes up for it. We enjoyed the hallways and lobby, it made us feel like being at Buckingham Palace;-)
