Wonderful sitting outside listening to the bells and soaking in the views. Happy host anxious to help. Wifi in public - The area around Visp is ideal as a base to visit the Rhone valley and adjacent peaks. Zermatt, Saas-fee, Aletsch Glacier, Sierre, Crans-Montana all are inside 1 hour from Visp by car. Although Zeneggen requires a 15 minute climb through a steep and narrow road (not recommended to inexperienced drivers), it is worth of it. Mr. Zimmermann was very nice and helpfull advising us about places to visit in the region. Excellent value for the price we paid.

  This hotel is ideally situated if you intend to visit Zermatt. The immediate surroundings are stunning (great views of the snow-capped mountains if you're on a higher floor) and the village of Tasch is very picturesque and quaint. The size of the room is very generous and the balcony is great too. The room was extremely clean and there was fr - Friendly helpful staff. If you want to go up to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise without the ice palace you can buy a ticket at the hotel for 70 chf instead of 99 chf. The room was large and had a lovely view over the village to the mountains. There was a fridge that we used on the room. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. There was lots of free parking. The Internet signal was strong in the room.
