Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. A very warm welcome by staff!!
All the staff were very friendly and they spoke English (enough to understand essential things). Some of them also spoke a bit of Italian.
The room was very very clean and large enough to stay comfortably, with 2 closets. The bathroom was also very clean. The storage space to keep cosmetics on the wall was really use

Ther staff were very helpful, extra bed -no problems immediate, a vegetarian meal - right away no questions. changed faulty kettle immediately. Good food and everything with a smile. Even gave me ice for the cooler -- hard even to find ice in Switzerland.

Modern, comfortable and cozy hotel with Matterhorn views. A short walk from the center, fine for us as we preferred the quieter location. Make sure to book the complimentary transfer from the train station, the walk is a little uphill and can be slippery and difficult with luggage. The warm afternoon drinks on the patio was a perfect welcome. Saunas and hot tub were very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Good breakfast.
