  We arrived early and were allowed to access our rooms. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help us with any queries and meet our needs. The elegance of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms was a great touch to an enjoyable stay in Bern.   We were there for the second time. We like the convenience of being very near the railway station, taxi rank and shops, spacious rooms, the helpful staff. And a very good breakfast. - Spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff is very welcoming and speaks good English. The elevator to the underground carpark is neath!
