  Outstanding room ( I took a suite with a breath taking view. Quite and clean. Staff mostly were very friendly and helpful. There is the head of reception, Roberta, she's super nice and undertstsnd the meaning of guest satisfaction. Also, their was an Arabic receptionist named Sahbi.   Bella posizione. Camera confortevole e pulitissima. Bagno grande, confortevole ed estremamente pulito. Staff discreto ma molto cordiale. - Very pleasant staff,particularly in the dining room.Hotel nice and warm. - We went up behind the hotel to the alps. It was beautiful. Thestaff was so friendly and very helpful. We can't wait to go back!
