Lovely hotel a short walk from the station. Situated on the corner of a big park. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel clean and tidy with beds made every day. This was our first trip to Switzerland and the first place we arrived.
Although it was before midday, our room was ready. We had a beautiful
view of the park and the mountains and the room itself was spacious,
clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the
hotel's bar a great way to finish the day. The hotel itself was 5
mins walk from Interlaken Ost station and within walking distance of
just about everything you could need. Plenty of restaurants nearby to
make up for the hot

Nice hotel on top of a pub. Good friendly staff. Breakfast is good and is served in the pub. Decent sized room with tea/coffee making facilities. Walking distance to both Interlaken Ost and West stations. Best hotel ever!!!
Although it is a little far from train station, it has a great view of the mountains and very quite neighborhood. There is a nice bar at the first floor. The beer they offered is quite good.
Employees are very nice. I said I would catch the first train to Jungenfraujoch, they even offer me a packed breakfast.

I loved your hotel. It's our 41st anniversary year of celebration and it was the perfect choice that my daughter made for us. I love the view of the lake along with awesome breakfast served. We were given excellent reception on arrival and guided so well by the staff. We have enjoyed so much that choosing Switzerland as the last country of visit during the other countries we visited in this same tour was the PERFECT CHOICE to end it with Switzerland and Neuhaus Golf- & Strandhotel. Parlano bene italiano, molto buono il ristorante interno, camere spaziose e ben tenute con cassaforte e frigo, il parcheggio sul retro è ampio ma un pò difficile da trovare perchè l'ingresso principale è in area pedonale quindi bisogna passare con la macchina dal lato dell'area verde pubblica. - Staff molto disponibile,e lui il marito è Italiano...

I especially liked the afternoon cake and tea that was included in the rate. The breakfast is far better than at most hotels I've stayed at. The hotel reception was extremely helpful and even helped us arrange our day trip.

This is the second time we stayed at this apartment. We stayed here last december and the same 3 rooms apartment we stayed has been renovated and we like it very much. The owner, mr raj and her daughter sangeeta has been really helpful throughout our stay.
