Nice hotel on top of a pub. Good friendly staff. Breakfast is good and is served in the pub. Decent sized room with tea/coffee making facilities. Walking distance to both Interlaken Ost and West stations. Best hotel ever!!!
Although it is a little far from train station, it has a great view of the mountains and very quite neighborhood. There is a nice bar at the first floor. The beer they offered is quite good.
Employees are very nice. I said I would catch the first train to Jungenfraujoch, they even offer me a packed breakfast.

The hotel is in a spectacular position near Interlaken with views of the lake and the snow topped alps. The room we had was superb, very spacious and had great views. I loved your hotel. It's our 41st anniversary year of celebration and it was the perfect choice that my daughter made for us. I love the view of the lake along with awesome breakfast served. We were given excellent reception on arrival and guided so well by the staff. We have enjoyed so much that choosing Switzerland as the last country of visit during the other countries we visited in this same tour was the PERFECT CHOICE to end it with Switzerland and Neuhaus Golf- & Strandhotel. Parlano bene italiano, molto buono il ristorante interno, camere spaziose e ben tenute con cassaforte e frigo, il parcheggio sul retro è ampio ma un pò difficile da trovare perchè l'ingresso principale è in area pedonale quindi bisogna passare con la macchina dal lato dell'area verde pubblica. - Staff molto disponibile,e lui il marito è Italiano...

I especially liked the afternoon cake and tea that was included in the rate. The breakfast is far better than at most hotels I've stayed at. This is the second time we stayed at this apartment. We stayed here last december and the same 3 rooms apartment we stayed has been renovated and we like it very much. The owner, mr raj and her daughter sangeeta has been really helpful throughout our stay.
Very near to shopping area. -

It is a wonderful hotel at a wonderful place. The room is very tidy and clean and spacious. They offer the free bus pass within the town and 2 special coins each person per day that can be used on the automatic washing machine & drier or for two cups of hot drinks like some kinds of coffee and tea and even chocolate drink.

One of the best backpacking/ low budget places to stay. Location is great (close to everything - 2 min walk to seriously...everything), but is also very quiet. Staff are helpful (and even remember if you've been there before). facilities are great for a hostel and the breakfast is better than some 4/5 star hotels offer. Heaps of things to do locally in all types of weather. And they also have washing machines and driers (a rare commodity in not only Interlaken, but a lot of Swiss towns). S
