We love luxury hotel - We are a young professional couple from Brazil & Sweden and we have traveled and stayed at top hotels all over the world and are used to a certain standard. This was our first time in Geneva but this apt/hotel was above our expectations. Ultra modern and clean, very spacious and plenty of comfort. We felt at home right away. Complimentary fruits and drinks in the apt when we arrived from a long trip which was greatly appreciated. Staff was extraordinary, really went out of their way to help

The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.   Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. My last day I asked if they had bottled water to take, they did not but offered to run to the store for me. The hotel room was well lit, spacious with modest, clean design. The staff upgraded our room as a courtesy as a better room was available upon our arrival. The location was perfect, very central, situated next to several tram lines, but in an area I prefer to most other comparable hotels. The Tiffany will be my go to hotel for business travel in Geneva.
