I definitely did not expect this from a "budget hotel"!

  The room and bathroom is slightly small but the hotel is very near from the congress center where I should attend the meeting for 3 days, so it is a good location for my travel purpose. There are many trams pass by, convenient to the city center. But the price is really good compare to most of other hotels.   My husband and I stayed only one night. The staff spoke English to us, which we appreciated. The staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We were given excellent instructions to use the tram (our first time on a tram) to get to the old town shopping area. Breakfast is really good and worth paying extra for. Room was spotlessly clean. This hotel is superb value for money, especially given that Switzerland is generally very expensive.
