When I did have a question, I picked up the phone in the lobby and spoke with very nice staff who fixed my issue.

  It was a really sweet stay there and we would like to recommend it to anyone who is going to Stockholm. The hotel was located in a nice area, with ~10min walk to Old Town and 15-20min walk to city center (you can also take the metro). It is also close to metro station.
