Cosa dice la gente
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great location as it’s right in the centre and it’s easy for early start to get to the World’s End the following morning. Good value for money.
Excellent location, friendly staff, good view from the balkony.
Hotel is close to the city and to the bus station.
True to its name, the guest house is facing the park in a nice location. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
The bathroom was clean and there was always hot water.
Everything OK! little bit cold, but it is Nuvara Eliya).
1) Rooms are priced higher
2) When we moved in, the repair work happening in another room caused us severe disturbance
3) The staff was behind me for tips by keep telling me that my car driver was accommodated
4) The staff is not responsive when I wanted to know whether I can put up only for 1 night instead of 2 nights as planned earlier. Their indecision till the last minute caused severe inconvenience for my onward journey.
The front first floor room was extremely damp to the point the bed was
damp and towels never dried. The room was recently painted but the mold
grew on the walls each day. Since there is no vent and it was rainy, it
will continue to be moldy and damp. We asked for a heater in hopes of
drying it out, but they wanted to charge an additional fee for it.
