Large room with excellent bathroom. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Perfect location for access to the pistes and all other resort facilities. The only hotel I will need for future trips to Sierra Nevada ! -

Having stayed at quite a few of these type of low cost, self catering
apartments in Sierra Nevada, we thought we knew what to expect. Having
packed the car to the roof with everything we could possibly need for
our 5 day stay we were shocked to find that we barely needed anything;
this place has everything! Fitted out brilliantly, the rooms are
spacious and warm; the staff are lovely and couldn't do enough for
us. They even offered to drive down to the petrol station for us with a

Great place for a few days skiing! Apartment had everything you would need. Was very quiet - we had an apartment at the back (as opposed to overlooking the square) and had no noise at all! Was great to be able to store your ski equipment in a locker on site. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. -

The staff at reception particularly adrian and monce(not sure this iscorrect spelling)were as helpful and courteous as I have come across - Right in the miidle of the action. Big indoor swimming pool. Nice tapas bar downstairs ("Bodeguita de en medio") where for each beer you get a little tapa. Breakfast is excellent. Nice lounge area.

The guy who I think was the owner of the hotel, was so friendly and helped us with everything. It was the end of the season and he opened up the rental store although it was closed only for us so we could get equipment to go skiing and snowboard and for a very good price! He made our stay to a fantastic holiday! Thank you! -

Excellent bar and location on the slopes, very clean and attractive hotel. - access to the ski slopes and rental shop. the staff was helpful. it was nice that the day we checked out, they held our bags while we skied and then let us shower in the spa area before heading home. our room was large and very clean.

Well equipped apartment for self catering with good heating right at the top of the village but that meant driving on cleared road with few other cars, which was good. The hotel was ideally placed in the centre of the village. Was very impressed with the ski room. Individual lockers available and plenty of room. - Very friendly staff, good comfortable room, excellent position for ski lift, good value for money. Will definitely use the hotel again.

Fantastic position, close to pistes and lifts. Warm welcome and excellent clean accommodation. Corridors and communal areas noisy due to school parties but plenty of space and well designed to cope with large groups. Friendly and adequate staffing. Would certainly recommend especially for families. -

The apartment was nice and warm, loved the under-floor heating! The easy access from the car park to the rooms was a definite bonus. - The rooms (2 x 4 person studio's) were cheap, and clean. Near the ski lifts.
