  Warm,friendly informative welcom, provding us with a map of Santillana and suggesting places to visit. We particularly appreciated the warm central heating and unlimited supply of hot water. During the typical Spanish breakfast we were asked more than once if we wanted anything to eat or drink. Nice to be able to sit out in the grounds. They had a portable Air Con Unit in our room which was welcoming. Allowed us to use their Air Pressure to pump our tyres up. Parking for the motorbike was easy. Very near to the Old Town which is delightful. This was our favourite hotel out of ten we had stayed in during our trip.

  Perfect! A very clean and cosy country-stile room with balcony.. Good lcation:a few minutes walk down from the bus stop, quiet and a few minutes walk up to the old town.   location - Large room with friendly staff. Little mini-golf, baskeball hoop and small kids play set at the back to distract the children. Good location to town if you have a car as the centre is pedestrianised so it is simpler to walk in. - Helpful staff..really clean room. Well equipped kitchen.   Very nice country setting overlooking the old town of Santillana Del Mar, complete with a field of ponies. Very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were very good. This hotel was very conveniently located for visiting the prehistoric caves of Cantabria. - The location is excellent - near enough to walk in to Santillana, with an exce... cosa dice la gente » llent view, but far enough away to be peaceful. No problems with parking or access. Made a great overnight stop before we got the ferry from Santander.

  The owner is a real character and very helpful. There is a real home-feeling and the hotel is super clean. Free internet, parking, 30m from pedestrian area and very cheap.
