Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed one week (half board)
at end of October 2013, and at this time of the year season ends.
Therefore, we see that there is less queuing everywhere and more quiet

Location is excellent - the beach is a street across and it is 10 mins away from the airport. Facilities are good too - decent sized swimming pool, pool table, gym, spa facilities... The hotel organized different events over different nights - flamenco, acrobatics and fire show, singers on Friday night and a Dj on Saturday night.. The room was clean and comfortable. tutto ottimo, mangiare abbondante e squisito, edificio nuovo, intrattenimento ogni giorno, bella piscina, il bar fa il caffè italiano e un'ottima sangria, paella tutti i giorni e c'è sempre scelta tra carne e pesce. Really nice staff, always happy and willing to help. Location can't be better if beach is where you want to go, only 100m or so (and S'Arenal beach was in suberb condition, really suitable for kids also). Also harbour for fishing trips was only 500m away. Dinner buffet cost only 4.5€ and the food was good so plus points for that also. -

Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

The hotel was recently completed renovated with a very good taste, quality, comfort and beauty.
I stayed 5 days at the hotel and everything was perfect during my stay.
One of the most amazing atraction of the hotel is the beach view. I stayed in the last floor(6th) with the view directly to the pool and beach.
