  Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  99% of the staff were really great. The apartments were really clean and had all that you need. They could do with updating but not too bad.   A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... cosa dice la gente » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!
