  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  We've been in Barcelona for 5 days: -Nice apartment with wide windows and lots of light. No reception, but easy to agree the time to meet their. -A little bit difficult to find for the first time going from Joanic station. Don't try maps in airport info booklet (better use Google Maps - the best way to navigate Barcelona due to small streets, whic... cosa dice la gente » h are not named on the maps). If you don't have maps, you can check the map at the Joanic Metro station at the mid of platform (you'll find the street - The appartment was great, very clean and nice design furniture. In the kitchen you have everything you need, there is enough storage space and you also have a seif. The great thing about it is that it is in a quiet neiborghood and you can see how the catalans live. There is a market with everythig you need and a coffe shop right near the entrance. The metro statiin is 2 min walk from the flat and you can be in the center or at the beach in 15 min. Very very nice appartment and i strongly recom

  The hotel was very centrally located within a few minutes walking distance of busy las ramblas & close to many restaurants & a supermarket. The apartment room was large & spacious to accommodate my family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The bathroom was very spacious as well & the kitchenette was well equipped. Hotel reception staff were exceptional eg Aritz, Manuel & Zavi - Lovely location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but in a small side street so it is nice and quiet. The rooms are lovely with the exposed wall and slate tiled bathrooms. Staff were really helpful and recommended places to eat and go see, and generally very friendly and attentive. Fantastic location near all the bars and restaurants, and about 5-7 min walk to the food market, and tube (metro) station. We didn't use the swimming pool as we went in March (still too cold) but it did look tiny.
