  I read how the apartments with the best sea view are a little tired. Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views. Just hope on my next visit I will be able to get an apartment here.   Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

  Lovely comfortable newly refurbished flat (very comfy bed) overlooking the Plaza and a stone's throw from the beach and cafes and restaurants. Lots of proper shops, cash point etc not just souvenirs. Taxi rank at top of hill. Cinthia who looked after us was brilliant even though she didn't speak English.

  The following were the strong points: Excellent staff, food and drink, value for money, the design of the grounds of Miraflor suites were exceptional and the peacocks were an added bonus for entertainment. Finally the BBQ and dinner in the voodoo bar and restaurant was extremely delicious and fresh.

  When I booked the Guinate apartments I was worried as there was a lot of negative feedback. Before we arrived at the Guinate we were given a code to access a small box outside the entrance to collect the keys. This was easy to do. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. At the Guinate the cooking pots were excellent. It a - Visited alone without the family and was exactly what I needed. Was not out for luxury or night clubs but to be able to relax after a busy period. Was a peaceful place to stay. The possibility to have your own keys to the main gate to the area was great. Standard was basic with not too tiny rooms. Very friendly personal. Can really really go there back also with the family
