Really lovely bungalows, very quiet and relaxing. Large private patio area with sunbeds surrounded by pretty plants and flowers. Maid service 5 times a week with linen and towel change. Free wi fi. very freindly reception staff

All staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. Very clean even if a little dated. Very clean and nice hotel. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and homely. Location was perfect near the beach and bus station. Bed was comfort. Terrace had nice beautiful back yard. Will definitely come back to this hotel when travelling next time to Playa del Ingles! -

The friendly helpful couple who owned the hotel. Nothing was too much
trouble, providing scales to weigh our luggage, milk for morning tea
before a very early departure and a good fairly plain dinner (inspite of
a big football match on the tv!) We liked the atmosphere and decor,
which was very imaginative, lovely rustic furniture, loads of flowers

doesn't look much from the outside, but don't be deceived,
inside is lovely. -
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent location: it's close (some 10km) from downtown Santa Cruz with a good and easy road to go to and from and yet, you're in the countryside (very quiet) +, since it's relatively high altitude, it's likely you will be above the clouds in the winter... Although it's far from the Teide volcano as the crow flies, the road to the Park is pretty straight, it might take less time to drive to the Park from Las Cañadas than from a location at the coast!

The apartment had everything required for self catering and even had a cleaning kit which I thought was a really good idea (washing up liquid, sponge and cloth). Plenty of delph, cutlery and pots and pans. Overall very good. Fresh rolls left on your door every morning!!! -
