All was absolutely perfect. All the facilities, the room ( frontal ocean view) with jacuzzi on the terasse, perfect size. Fabulous services. All clean, quiet.

Our apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed for a wonderful luxurious holiday. The pool on our terrace was great we really enjoyed it. The apartment was kept spotlessley clean. Location - in a quiet, almost residential area, just 1 minute walk (literally) to Playa Bastian Beach and 5/10 mins walk to shops, bus stop, taxi rank, supermarket, lots of restaurants and La Curachas beach. All apartments get the afternoon sun. The whole place was spotless and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

I read how the apartments with the best sea view are a little tired. These apartments are in a great location. Beach, shops and restuarants on your doorstep.
Comfortable beds, daily cleaning and change of towels. Lucia and Isabel were so obliging and welcoming.
Will definitely return with family.

- rooms cleaned every day, except weekend
- nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others
- nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches
- location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

appartamento molto grande - Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant.
