We loved our stay here. While the hotel is located beside an undeveloped
swamp, this was mostly hidden! Our balcony view was lovely, we were very
comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely well
equipped, important for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher and
washing machine were provided and washing tablets for both appliances!
This was a first and incredibly helpful. Had I known I could have cut
down even more on the packing! The staff were helpful and generous with

Great location right on the beach with a lovely view of the sunset in the evenings.
The food was very, very good, smallish portions so not quite enough for my husband.
Nice quiet, smaller hotel with very good service. No problems with having our 7 year old with us, although he was the only child in the hotel!

This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle.

I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas.
The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful.
But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. Food was good and a varied choice. -

We have stayed in Cala D'Or Playa from 20 to 27th June. The location, facilities, cleanliness, staff are absolutely brilliant. Myself and my wife really loved our stay here. We had a small problem on
the first day, but this was very quickly rectified by very friendly and
efficient staff. The hotel is very clean, the food is great, the view is
stunning, overall the hotel is excellent. The restaurant is run very
efficiently with a good variety of choices which is continuously
replenished. We particularly liked the choice of Chinese restaurant
(must be booked in advance with reception) which added a bit of extra
variety.
